Homeowners association meetings

The board meets four times a year during the months of February, October, August and December.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, October 12th with the following agenda (subject to change).

  • Welcoming and introduction of new residents
  • Reading of last annual meeting minutes
  • Reading of treasury reports
  • Election of any new board members
  • New business discussion for the year and public input
  • Follow-up of previous business discussions and requests
  • Report on landscaping and pest control

Landscaping includes a once a week service of 10 man hours. Each week, all houses will receive Blowing, Mowing, and Edging. Once a month (as we have 24 houses), 6 houses will receive Hedging to the exterior of their properties.

If additional work is requested, that will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Please go through Sally to set up an appointment with James our Landscaper.

Additional work can be:

  • Blowing off roof debris
  • Cleaning gutters
  • Clean up of interior atriums
  • Mulch or pine straw
